About Gina Bello

Hello, my name is Gina Bello and I am intrigued with the body’s innate ability to heal. My passion to help others drove me to study various natural healing arts and to establish Hand Heart & Sole Wellness in 2002. I provide on-site and mobile holistic healthcare to my clients as well as wellness programs one-on-one to individuals and small and medium sized businesses for employee wellness in the workplace. I assist my clients in a convenient wellness clinic in Milton, where I continue to bring smiles to people's faces, make them feel well, help them to stay well and teach them methods they can use for a longer and healthier, better quality of life. I am a Certified, Professional Holistic Practitioner and Instructor with designations in Foot, Face (Zone Therapy), Ear and Hand Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Chair Massage, Reiki, Ear Candling, and I am a veteran Original IonCleanse® practitioner. I am also a RAC Certified Reflexology Instructor and Vibrational Medicine Practitioner. I have been working with the Original IonCleanse® technology and protocol since 2003. Because I was one of the first practitioners in Southern Ontario to purchase this particular detoxification unit, I trained with Dr. Robert Moroney, DC (co-founder of A Major Difference, LLC, manufacturer of the Original IonCleanse®). I upgraded my knowledge and understanding of the efficacy of this tremendous technology with Dr. Ted Winchester, DC in continuing education seminars provided as on-going support of IonCleanse®. I’m proud to have been invited to speak about the IonCleanse® on CBC Radio FM 99.1. During a Live Broadcast segment on the GO SHOW, I demonstrated the technology to the show host while explaining how it works to the audience of listeners. I urge anyone that is burdened with stress or ill health to remember the following wise sayings: "For every drug that benefits a patient, there is a natural substance that can achieve the same effect." Carl C. Pfeiffer, MD, PhD (Pfeiffer's Law) "The person who doesn't take time for relaxation will be obliged sooner or later to make time for illness." John Wanamaker Be Well and Blessed.

Healing Can Be a Crisis?

As a Certified Reflexologist and Instructor, sometimes after clients receive all-natural hands-on holistic therapies such as reflexology, they may experience some unpleasant reactions, known as a ‘healing crisis’. Also known as a Jarisch–Herxheimer reaction (named after two doctors: Adolf Jarisch and Karl Herxheimer).

Since the findings of both these doctors after administering antibiotics to patients treated for Syphilis, and results for […]

I am a woman, a consumer of products and reader of information. My view is that in the end, regardless of titles and what we think we know, isn’t that what we all are – just consumers and users of products and information? My personal interest in breast health […]

Although it’s been described and mistaken as massage, Reflexology or what has also been called Reflexo-Therapy and Zone Therapy is so much more than just a massage. First practiced in ancient Chinese, Egyptian and Indian cultures circa 2000 B.C., Reflexology, the term given to the ‘study of reflexes’ by Eunice […]
